Information and advice for adults and older people in Cambridgeshire

News about Your Life, Your Choice service

From April 2015, in response to the Care Act 2015, Cambridgeshire County Council, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group and Uniting Care have been working together and with the voluntary sector to improve the information and advice available to the general public and service users, in order to help them with care and support. As part of these changes, the Your Life, Your Choice service has been replaced with a new online resource,

The aim is to ensure that everyone living in Cambridgeshire and looking for information about adult social care has access to information at a time and in a format that suits them.

Individuals seeking social care information for the first time, service users and carers will all be able to access the new website in places such as libraries and Citizen's Advice Hubs or directly via the website.
